Jane is a specialist podiatrist with a wide variety of experience having worked in the NHS, MOD and private sector since graduating from Queen Margaret University with a 1st Class Honors degree in Podiatry in 2001. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Podiatric Biomechaincs with Merit from Staffordshire University.
Jane possesses an in depth practical knowledge of podiatric assessment and treatment as well as all foot orthotics/insoles from off-the-shelf to fully made to measure. She has held a contract with the Scottish Institute of Sport to treat Scotland's elite athletes since 2010 and worked at the 2014 Commonwealth Games treating elite athletes from around the Commonwealth. She is the Lead Podiatrist at the University of Edinburgh's private sports injury clinic, FASIC, and has worked with athletes from most sporting disciplines at all levels from recreational runners to professional footballers at Heart of Midlothian FC.
